“CAMP FUNSTON WAS A US TRAINING CAMP LOCATED ON FORT RILEY, SOUTHWEST OF MANHATTAN, KANSAS. ONE OF SIXTEEN CAMPS ESTABLISHED AT THE OUTBREAK OF WW I. ENCOMPASSED APPROXIMATELY 1,400 BUILDINGS ON 2000 ACRES. IT WAS LEVELED RIGHT AFTER THE END OF THE WAR. RAN BY GENERAL LEONARD WOOD.”

CONDITION:

Excellent, antique pre-owned condition. Some light wear and staining to cover. Missing title page & 2 pages have yellow crayon scribbled over as seen in photos. Otherwise, no writing and mostly clean pages, with some staining. See photos for details.
