This is a vintage, new old stock, circa 1950 advertising soda jerk / soda fountain worker’s PONY BOY ICE CREAM folding paper hat. With graphics of a young cowboy on a horse on both sides.

It measures 11” long and 3 1/2” tall. Folds open at the bottom.
