Some history:

The Riviera Chateau restaurant was located on Amboy Road in Bay Terrace, and closed in 1986. During its heyday, the Riviera - also known as "The Riv" - was a magnet for business, political, and civic leaders. The building remained vacant for more than a decade before it was torn down in the mid-to-late 1990’s. Today, the property is home to a strip mall - Riviera Plaza, named after the restaurant.

CONDITION:

Excellent vintage, preowned condition. Light wear to covers. Some staining throughout, especially to back cover. Creases at fold. See photos for details.
