Carved face and head dress in faux turquoise celluloid “Tiffany blue” color. With pave rhinestone and gold tone design setting.

Ornate & intricate back design as well.

Measures about 3” long x 1 1/2” wide.

Has pendant loop at top to be used for necklace.

Signed & numbered on back “BOUCHER” & “1059P”.
