This is a vintage menu from Julius Monk’s “Downstairs At The Upstairs” Cabaret Nightclub in New York. Includes a drink and food menu on one side and the logo and address on the other side.

Writing & Signature on menu reads “To Bart / Vote Jewish / Jackie Kane.”

Julius Withers Monk was a producer and director of satirical revues and founder of the New York City nightclubs the Downstairs Room, Upstairs at the Downstairs, and Plaza 9-, where his revues were staged.

Folds open. Measures 5 1/4” x 3 3/4”.

Excellent vintage, preowned condition. Light wear to menu cover. Stains and writing on cover. Creases at folds. Small stains on menu. See photos for details.
