Record is VG+, with some scuffs and hairlines. Some superficial “waviness” pattern to surface from original “rice paper” inner sleeve.

Cover is VG+, with some discoloration and wear to edges. “JAZZ” stamp, some numbers written in pen, and residue from price sticker on back.
