Antique booklet / catalog in the shape of an orange.

With information about Miami’s growth from 1920-1923, and projections for 1925, I determined this undated book is from 1924.

There were 2 locations, the Packing House and the Fruit Palace for retail located at 237 N.E 1st Ave in Miami.

Great illustrations of the building, and about Miami’s agriculture and scene, and awesome catalog of tropical and unusual fruits they had available with descriptions of each!

Measures about 3 1/2” x 3 1/2”.

CONDITION:
