This is a great vintage 1970’s collector’s lot from a visit to the Beekman Arms, “the oldest hotel in America”, around since the year 1700. There is a restaurant menu, a historical booklet with ___ pages, a postcard, and a room rate foldout brochure.

Menu measures. 13” x 20” open. 13” x 10” closed.

Historical booklet is 11 pages including front and back.

CONDITION:

Excellent vintage condition overall. Brochure and room rate foldout are near mint, postcard has perforated edge with some staining. Menu has some light staining and creasing. No writing. See photos.
