Letter is in response to a request of attendance at the National Farm School Conference. Mayor Arthur Nelson states that he will be unable to attend, and also declines membership to the Honorary Board Of Mayors due to the fact that his term would expire shortly after this letter was sent.

Measures 10 1/2” x 7 1/4”.

CONDITION:

Good antique, pre-owned condition. Discoloration to page with a liquid stain to bottom right. Small tear to left side of page. Creasing to edges. See photos for details.
