This is an antique 1906, original Investor Prospectus Booklet from The Elda Mining & Mfg. Co. w/ 2 Letters attached, one of which is signed by Charles S. Trout.

The first letter invites Mr. Eastwood of Weldon, PA to witness a demonstration of the Spring Patent Placer Gold Washer, and informs him of a separate Prosepctus & circulars. The second letter is an introduction to the Prospectus booklet and offers initial stock shares in the company, with photos and info inside.
