This edition of the Inauguration Program includes extra cover with stamp “From the Office of Florence P. Dwyer / Member of Congress, New Jersey, Sixth District”.
Accompanied by hand signed letter with her Congress letterhead. Letter is dated Sept. 27, 1957 and reads:
“Dear Dr. Cox:
My Congressional office has just been allotted a limited number of extra copies of the official program of the 1957 Inauguration of President Eisenhower. This is a handsome memento of this historical occasion, and I thought you might like a copy for your personal use or for your office. If I can be of service to you at any time, please do not hesitate to call upon me.

Some history:
Florence P. Dwyer (July 4, 1902 – February 29, 1976) was an American Republican Party politician who represented much of Essex County, NJ in the United States House of Representatives from 1957 to 1973. was the second woman (first Republican woman) to be elected to the United States House of Representatives from New Jersey. Dwyer was an advocate for women's rights throughout her political career.
