2 consecutive letters from H.B. Costill, the Director of the NJ Dept. of Health to Dr. John V. Rush, the Chairman of the Township Committee of Eatontown, NJ.
The letter is bringing to attention the pollution from a plant into Parker’s Creek near Main St. The second letter is a followup after no response to the first.
