This is a rare, promotional advertising book printed by the Cheltenham Press for and given out at Brooks Brothers stores in 1924.

56 pages. Paper wrappers, bound by 2 staples. Illustrated throughout.

Measures 4 1/2” x 3”.

CONDITION:

Excellent, antique condition. Pages clean. Name in pencil writing to cover, with small tear to top corner of spine. Staples rusted, a page near the center is loose from the rusted staples. Otherwise clean and in great shape. See photos for details.
